Orders and Payments

Once you have placed your order, we will make your products to order, then package and post your item. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery. After this period of time, if your item (s) are still not with you - please do get in touch. Items already in stock may arrive sooner. Tracking information (if available via courier) is only available for 3 months. After this time period, we may not be able to assist you with your enquiry. Please note we cannot accept any responsibility for address errors. You will receive an email to confirm your order, then a second email once your item(s) have been dispatched. We will also ask for your contact number / email address in order to communicate with you regarding delivery if necessary.


Small packages (single items under 0.5kg) are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 2nd class (3-5 days) at £4.95. Medium/large items (2-3kg) are sent by Collect + (usually Yodel couriers) signed for / tracked 3-5 days - you will usually receive text or email updates with this service, costing £6.50. These are the most cost effective options available for postage in the UK.

We will not be held responsible for postal delays, missing items, or items damaged in transit. Claims must be taken up with courier services. Orders can be posted within the UK only at present, due to significant European shipping crisis. Please note that the COVID pandemic is also causing UK wide postal delays at present.


Collections are available free of charge from a choice of two locations: Our studio in Larkhall (ML9 2HG), 7 days a week. Or from our stockist Bon Vivant Salon in Glasgow (G20 7SD), which is open Tue-Sat only. Once your order is placed, and you have selected your collection option at checkout; you will then be contacted regarding a mutually suitable day / time to collect.

Damaged Goods

At FLKR candles, we check every item product to ensure high standards before dispatch. Should you receive any item that you are unhappy with, please notify us within a 24 hour period to [email protected]. Ensure you provide your order details, contact number, as well as any supporting evidence. We will discuss the options with you at time of contact. Should your package appear to be badly damaged, we recommend that you do not accept from the courier, and take up a claim for damage during transit / delivery.

Returns and Refunds

Excellent customer service and experience of our products is of utmost importance to us. Should you be disappointed for any reason, we will accept returns within 14 days of order being received, and will issue a full refund, as long as item(s) are in a saleable condition with no signs of use or damage to product or packaging. You are responsible for the cost of postage to return, or to drop off for free at either collection locations. Refund will be issued upon return / satisfactory inspection of products.
